Lot 67: An Assortment of Building and Roofing Supplies including Bostik Flashband
An assortment of construction and roofing materials. The lot includes a roll of Bostik Evo-Stik Flashband self-adhesive flashing tape, which is a bitumen-based waterproofing tape with a grey lead-effect finish. The label indicates a length of 10m. Also included is a roll of grey flexible roofing or damp-proof membrane. A wooden crate contains a collection of metal U-shaped staples or pins, secured in rows with adhesive strips. The lot is completed by several moulded black plastic components.
Condition report:
The items are in a stored, surplus condition. The Flashband tape is in its original plastic wrap, which is heavily soiled and damaged. The metal staples show surface dust and signs of storage. The wooden crate is weathered with surface wear and some splintering. The membrane and plastic components show surface dirt and scuffing. All items appear unused but have been subject to long-term storage.
