Lot 722: A Vinsetto Modern Mid-Back Tufted Swivel Desk Chair
A contemporary home office desk chair attributed to Vinsetto, designed in a mid-century modern style. The chair features a high, contoured backrest and integrated sloping arms, upholstered in a mauve textured fabric. The interior surfaces of the back and arms are detailed with buttonless diamond-pattern tufting, finished with contrasting cream-coloured piping to the edges. It is mounted on a black-painted metal five-star swivel base equipped with twin-wheel castors. A small white rectangular adhesive label with the printed characters 722 is present on the outer right arm. No other manufacturer marks, stamps, or labels are visible on the body or base.
Condition report:
The chair is in used condition with significant staining and soiling visible to the seat cushion. The fabric exhibits general wear, including pilling and surface lint. There is minor fraying to the piping. Mechanical swivel and castor functions are untested.
