Lot 942: A modern light wood-effect laminate pedestal cabinet
A contemporary small cupboard or pedestal cabinet of one-piece construction. The unit is manufactured from particle board with a light wood-effect laminate finish, resembling beech or light oak. The design features a single drawer at the top positioned over a cupboard door. Both the drawer and door are fitted with arched, silver-tone pull handles with a satin finish. The interior of the lower cupboard section is fitted with two vertical dividers, creating three compartments suitable for media or document storage. The door is mounted on modern concealed cup hinges. The rear and base of the unit show exposed, unfinished particle board. A white rectangular sticker with the number 343 is present on the side, representing a previous auction lot number. No manufacturer marks or labels are present.
Condition report:
The cabinet is in good used condition with minor surface wear and light scratches consistent with domestic or office use. The laminate is intact across the primary visible surfaces. The internal hinges and drawer runners are functional.
