Lot 944: Old Charm Tudor-revival style oak media and television cabinet
This media and television cabinet is from the Old Charm range by Wood Bros, designed in the Tudor-revival style. The single-piece unit is constructed with light oak-coloured wood veneers over an engineered wood core. The right-hand section is configured for media equipment, featuring a lift-up top lid for access to top-loading devices, an arched leaded-glass door, a central shelf, and a circular cable management aperture in the rear panel. The left-hand section consists of a single frieze drawer over a cupboard door. The cupboard interior is fitted with vertical wooden dividers and plastic slotted racks designed for CD or cassette storage. The cabinet is finished with patinated antiqued metal drop-loop handles on circular backplates and modern concealed hinges, all supported by a continuous plinth base.
Condition report:
The cabinet exhibits minor surface wear and light scratches consistent with age and domestic use. The leaded glazing is intact and the hardware appears original.
