Lot 1038: A Set of Six Mid-Century Modern Style Upholstered Dining Chairs
A set of six dining chairs in the mid-century modern style, featuring a clean, geometric silhouette. Each chair is designed with a high, slightly angled backrest and a square seat, both of which are fully upholstered. The chairs are supported by four tapered, splayed legs crafted from a light-toned hardwood finished with a clear lacquer. The undersides of the seats are fitted with black fabric dust covers. The upholstery consists of a durable, textured woven fabric in a deep red colour. A white adhesive auction lot label from Liskeard Auction Room, marked Lot 1038, is attached to the reverse of one chair.
