Lot 307: An Assortment of Vintage Costume Dolls, Wooden Building Blocks, and Associated Toys
This lot comprises a varied collection of mid-20th century toys and playthings. The group includes several costume dolls, featuring a figure in Scottish Highland dress with bagpipes, figures in Native American-style felt and beaded attire, and a doll in European folk dress. Also present is a small, unclothed baby doll with moulded hair and painted red boots. The dolls are constructed from various materials including hard plastic, celluloid, and fabric. The collection further contains a large quantity of wooden building blocks in diverse geometric shapes such as rectangles, cylinders, curves, and triangles, finished in red, yellow, blue, green, and natural wood. Additional items include a small brown plush teddy bear and a clear plastic bag containing miscellaneous accessories, including a yellow plastic shovel and dice.
