Lot 452: An Assortment of Cookware and Decorative Glassware
This lot comprises a variety of domestic items including an aluminium four-cup egg poacher with four removable black plastic poaching inserts and a matching domed lid. The collection further includes a stainless steel saucepan with a clear glass lid and a pair of metal kitchen tongs. Ceramic items consist of several plain white plates. Glassware includes a clear glass bowl with a moulded textured pattern and a larger cranberry-coloured translucent glass shade or flared bowl with horizontal ribbing, which rests upon a black and white chevron woven ring base. The items are presented within a red plastic crate bearing labels from Liskeard Auction Rooms. While handwritten notes on the crate mention Pyrex, no specific manufacturer marks were confirmed on the individual items.
