Lot 464: Fender Telecaster Mexican 2001 With 1962 Re-issue Pickups Signed To The Rear By Richie Kotzen
A Mexican Fender Telecaster solid-body electric guitar. The instrument features a solid body with a gloss black finish and a white single-ply pickguard. It is constructed with a one-piece maple neck and fingerboard displaying black dot position inlays. The headstock features the Fender logo and Telecaster model name in cursive script. The guitar is equipped with two single-coil pickups: a chrome-covered neck pickup and a bridge pickup mounted in a modern six-saddle bridge plate. The control layout includes a three-way selector switch with a black tip and two knurled chrome knobs for volume and tone. The strings are anchored through the body via six ferrules on the reverse. The neck is attached with a four-bolt plate featuring a stylized Fender F script. A plastic-lined truss rod adjustment hole is located at the nut. The headstock is fitted with six Fender-branded tuning machines. There is a signature by Richie Kotzen to the rear of the headstock.
