Lot 727: An upcycled two-tone painted pine open shelving unit
A contemporary upcycled open shelving unit, likely originally functioning as a dresser top. The piece is constructed from wood and features a tongue-and-groove planked back panel. It is designed in a traditional country style with a decorative scalloped top rail. The unit has been modernised with a two-tone painted finish, featuring grey paint on the exterior and a contrasting bright yellow on the interior. It contains two adjustable shelves, with rows of pre-drilled holes on the interior sides to allow for height adjustment. No maker’s marks are visible. A white auction lot sticker bearing the handwritten number 2265 is present on one shelf, and there are white chalk or paint inventory markings on the exterior side.
