Lot 798: A Ducal Pine Triple Wardrobe with Top Box and a Portable Pool Table
A Ducal pine triple wardrobe of two-piece construction, comprising a main triple-door unit and a matching three-door top box. The exterior features a two-tone finish with pale grey painted doors and frame sections, while the cornice, plinth, and interior retain a natural pine finish. Each door is designed with an arched cathedral panel and fitted with a turned wooden pull knob. The main wardrobe interior is divided into a double-width hanging section and a separate single hanging section, both containing a wooden hanging rail and an upper storage shelf. The top box provides three additional storage compartments. Evidence of a maker’s label is present on the interior of the top box, and the characters A . A are handwritten in black ink on the floor of the main unit. Also included in this lot is a small portable pool table with a blue baize playing surface, black frame, and white nylon net pockets.
