Lot 862: A Collection of Vinyl Records and Compact Discs
A mixed lot of musical media comprising vinyl long-play records, 7-inch singles, and compact discs. The vinyl records are pressed on black vinyl and housed in printed cardboard and paper sleeves. Notable titles include the 2-LP set The Sensational Everly Brothers, Daryl Hall and John Oates Beauty on a Back Street, and a Santana self-titled album. Classical recordings feature Handel Organ Concerti (Op. 4, Nos. 2, 4, & 6) with Nicolas Kynaston and the Virtuosi of England on the Classics for Pleasure label, and a multi-disc compilation titled 120 Greatest Musical Masterpieces. The lot includes an EMI Special Price Sampler titled The Very Best of the Very Best. The 7-inch vinyl group includes a Pat Boone EP, A Closer Walk with Thee, on London Records (catalogue number RE-D 1095) and several other singles in paper sleeves.
