Lot 949: An Old Charm Oak TV Cabinet
A late 20th-century one-piece media cabinet manufactured by Wood Bros as part of the Old Charm collection. The unit is constructed from oak and oak veneers with a light-toned satin finish. The design features a split-level top. The left-hand side is configured with a single drawer positioned above a solid cupboard door, while the right-hand side consists of a larger compartment enclosed by a single glass-panelled door with a decoratively arched wooden frame. The interior of the glass-fronted section contains a single shelf and features a pre-cut aperture at the rear for electronic cable management. The drawer and cupboard doors are fitted with antiqued brass-effect metal drop handles. The cabinet is supported by a continuous plinth base. A handwritten tag is attached to the piece attributing it to the Old Charm range.
