Lot 152: A Collection of Victorian Style Cast Iron Garden Bench Ends
A collection of cast iron garden bench ends featuring three distinct patterns in the Victorian style. The first group comprises a pair of ends with a pierced scrolling foliage design and a central circular spoked motif. The second group is a more elaborate pair finished in dark grey, featuring ornate scrolling foliage and a central circular medallion with a lion mask below a star motif. The third group is a pair finished in terracotta-red paint with a scrolling design, which retains some remnants of original wooden slats and rusted hardware. All pieces are of cast iron construction. No foundry marks or maker stamps were observed during inspection.
