Lot 267: A Disney Mickey Mouse themed ride-on activity toy airplane attributed to Kiddieland
This children’s ride-on toy is designed in the form of an airplane and is attributed to Kiddieland. The item is manufactured from moulded plastic in a vibrant palette of red, blue, yellow, and green. The aircraft features a large blue three-blade propeller at the nose with a printed black spiral motif, complemented by two smaller yellow propellers on the wing tips. A fixed figure of Mickey Mouse in pilot attire occupies the cockpit. The control panel consists of a green steering wheel assembly with various interactive buttons for electronic light and sound sequences. The side of the red fuselage contains geometric apertures designed for shape-sorting play. A yellow tubular handle is fixed at the rear to facilitate push-along use. The blue seat section is designed to lift up, providing access to an internal storage compartment. A lot sticker from Liskeard Auction Rooms (Lot 267) is affixed to one blade of the front propeller.
