Lot 533: An Assortment of Art Glass comprising Paperweights and Bangles
A collection of decorative art glass items. The lot includes two spherical glass paperweights featuring internal controlled bubble decoration. One paperweight is of a vibrant magenta hue, while the other is a pale lavender colour. Both paperweights are housed in dark blue, fabric-lined presentation boxes. Accompanying the paperweights is a group of glass bangles featuring various lampworking and pulled-glass techniques. The bangles display a range of decorative styles, including clear glass with internal red and white latticino-style ribbons, translucent emerald green and turquoise examples with spiralled yellow threads, solid light blue glass, and clear glass with light blue and white internal ribbons. The items are associated with auction labels from Liskeard Auction Rooms, identifying the lot as number 533, and a handwritten slip numbered 9521. No maker’s signatures or factory marks are visible.
