The frames are constructed from a dark-toned hardwood, featuring fluted arm supports and legs. The square-section knees are decorated with carved floral paterae. All pieces are supported by legs terminating in brass-capped castors. The suite is upholstered in a cream and pale-gold floral damask fabric, with two loose seat cushions for the settee and one for each armchair. A white adhesive label for Liskeard Auction Rooms, Lot 652, and a pink circular sticker with the number 32 are present on one armchair.
