Lot 302: An Assortment of Twentieth Century Decorative and Art Glassware
A collection of assorted decorative and art glassware. The grouping includes a large emerald green glass chalice featuring a tapered bowl set on a clear, textured moulded glass stem and circular foot. Also included are two modern emerald green glass bud vases of cylindrical form, each featuring a thick, heavy clear glass base. The set further contains two champagne flutes with clear glass bowls and tapered ruby-red glass stems. The lot is completed by a frosted satin glass dish with a central rose motif and scalloped rim with embossed foliate designs, a small marigold carnival glass bowl with an iridescent finish and grape and vine pattern, and a deep ruby-red glass brandy snifter. No maker marks, signatures, or factory labels are visible on the bodies or bases of the items. One piece bears a paper tag from Liskeard Auction Rooms marked Lot 302.
