Lot 433: An Assortment of Vintage Games, Military Publications, and an Olympus Microcassette Recorder
A collection of vintage items comprising board and card games, military themed publications, and a handheld voice recorder. The games include a Scrabble Deluxe Edition manufactured by J. W. Spear and Sons Ltd. of Enfield, Middlesex, featuring a turntable and four scoring racks. Also included is a Stocks and Shares card game from the Pepys Series and a set of dominoes in a green textured case marked Made in England. The publications consist of two issues of the Images of War magazine series by Marshall Cavendish in association with the Imperial War Museum, focusing on the campaigns at Tobruk and Arnhem respectively, and an Osprey Aviation Aircraft of the Aces booklet titled Hurricanes to the Fore. The electronic component is an Olympus Pearlcorder S701 microcassette recorder accompanied by a sealed three pack of Olympus XB 60 microcassettes.
