Lot 446: A Collection of English Porcelain Tea and Coffee Wares including Coalport
An assortment of English bone china tea and coffee wares comprising several partial sets and individual pieces. The collection includes a group decorated with polychrome floral sprays including roses and bluebells on a white ground with gilt-lined rims, featuring a globular teapot, milk jug, sugar bowl, and various cups and saucers. A second group consists of a teapot, cream jug, and sugar bowl with a ribbed porcelain body, decorated with rust-red floral transfers and scalloped green and gold-detailed borders. A third group features cups and saucers with a pink floral pattern and heavy gilding to the handles and rims with scalloped edges. A cup within this group bears a green printed backstamp with a crown, Coalport, Bone China, and Made in England. The lot includes items marked with auction label 446.
