Buyer's Premium:

A 1930s oak-cased granddaughter clock, likely of British origin. The case is constructed with a simple arched hood over a straight trunk and a stepped pedestal base, featuring a prominent oak grain. The circular dial has a silvered or light-coloured painted finish with black Arabic numerals and ornate dark metal hands. Three winding holes are present on the dial face, indicating a movement with striking and chiming functions, commonly Westminster chimes. The clock retains an auction lot tag from Liskeard Auction Rooms. No manufacturer’s name or trademark is visible to the dial face.
