Lot 18: A Trio of Vintage Automotive Lifting Tools Comprising a Screw Jack and a Pair of Axle Stands
A vintage automotive lifting set comprising one mechanical screw jack and a pair of adjustable axle stands. The screw jack is constructed from heavy-duty cast metal with a geared base and a square-socket drive, featuring a threaded vertical screw topped with a U-shaped saddle. The two matching tripod-style axle stands are made from angled steel and feature red-painted adjustable central columns. Each stand is equipped with multiple height settings, secured by a captive locking pin on a chain, and is topped with a U-shaped saddle. There are no clearly visible embossed, stamped, or cast maker’s marks on any of the items. A handwritten paper tag present with the lot is inscribed with 9510, 1 x JACK, and 2 x CAR STANDS.
