An IKEA Stockholm table lamp, model B1224F, designed by Ola Wihlborg for the Stockholm 2017 collection. The contemporary light is constructed from polished chrome-plated metal and features a weighted circular base with a slender cylindrical stem. The shallow, drum-shaped metal shade is fitted with a translucent white diffuser to the top, designed to provide both direct downward lighting and soft ambient upward light. The underside of the lamp fitting retains a clear manufacturer’s label stating IKEA, TYP B1224F STOCKHOLM, Design and Quality IKEA of Sweden, and Made in China, along with technical specifications and compliance marks. The lamp is fitted with a clear plastic-coated power cable and a standard UK three-pin plug.
