Lot 507: A Clear Pressed Glass Cake Dome and Stand in the Heritage Pattern and a Frosted Pyrex Glass Dome
A lot comprising two vintage glass domes. The first is a clear pressed glass set consisting of a circular cake or cheese dome and a matching underplate. Both pieces feature a heavy radial fluted pattern, with the dome finished by a solid rounded glass handle and the plate by a distinctive ruffled or crimped rim. This design is attributed to the Princess House Heritage pattern. The second item is a frosted or satin-finish pressed glass dome, decorated with embossed floral motifs resembling daisies or sunflowers within scalloped panels. Fine radial lines extend from the cylindrical knob towards the base. This dome is embossed with the Pyrex mark near the lower edge.
