Lot 520: A Pair of Sterling Silver and Green Synthetic Gemstone Vintage-Style Rings size N
A two-piece jewellery set comprising a solitaire-style fashion ring and a coordinating eternity-style band. The solitaire-style ring features a central round-cut green stone held in a bezel setting with a milgrain-textured border, accented by two trefoil shoulders each set with three small round-cut clear stones. The coordinating band is designed with alternating marquise-cut clear stones in textured leaf-shaped settings and small round-cut green stones. Both pieces are in the vintage Art Deco revival style. The rings are presented in a box marked 925 Sterling Silver. While no hallmarks are visible on the internal shanks of the rings due to the photography angles, the material is attributed as sterling silver based on the presentation packaging. The stones are assumed to be synthetic stimulants such as cubic zirconia and green glass or spinel, common for this type of contemporary silver jewellery.
