Lot 967: A Large Mid-20th Century Style Blue Fluted Glass Floor Vase and Several Artificial Flowers
A large floor-standing blown glass vase in a translucent mid-blue colour. The vessel features a vertically fluted or ribbed body tapering towards the neck and terminating in a fire-polished flared rim. The lower section flares into a wide, domed, and radially ribbed foot. Included with the vase are several artificial orange flowers with spiky composite petals and dark flexible stems. The neck bears a contemporary auction label for Linnard Auction Rooms, Lot 967, and a smaller rectangular label marked 807 is affixed to the base.
