Lot 228: A professional walk-behind stainless steel broadcast spreader
A professional-grade walk-behind broadcast or rotary spreader designed for the application of fertiliser, seed, or salt. The unit features a large-capacity grey plastic hopper, estimated at approximately 35kg to 45kg capacity. It is constructed with a heavy-duty tubular stainless steel frame. The distribution mechanism consists of a gearbox-driven rotary plate or impeller located beneath the hopper. Control is achieved via a handle-mounted adjustable flow lever with a cable-operated gate mechanism and an internal agitator. The unit is fitted with large pneumatic tyres featuring a deep tread pattern and includes a black plastic side-deflector shield to control the spread direction. The item bears several handwritten auction labels including orange tape numbered 7290 and a white tag numbered 228.
