Lot 248: An Assortment of Decorative and Automotive Promotional Art Glass
A mixed collection of decorative glassware and automotive promotional items. The lot features several pieces of branded glassware related to the Mini Mayfair and Mini Cooper motor cars, including a large ruby red brandy balloon glass, two long-necked bottle-shaped vases in emerald and lime green, and two champagne flutes with clear bowls and coloured stems in ruby and amber hues. These promotional items are printed with black lettering for Mini Mayfair and Cooper. The collection further includes an emerald green goblet with a clear glass stem featuring a moulded bark-effect texture and a circular foot. Also present is a marigold iridescent carnival glass bowl with a ruffled rim, the interior decorated in relief with a grape and vine motif. The ruby red brandy balloon glass retains an auction label from HCP Auctions South West for Lot 248.
