Lot 325: An Assortment of Vintage and Modern Kitchenware and Decorative Objects
A group of various household and kitchen items featuring a Tower brand electric sandwich press and a vintage Dr. Oetker kitchen scale. The collection includes stainless steel cookware with lids, ceramic dinner plates with green and yellow decorative rims, and a white ceramic pitcher decorated with a floral motif. The assortment further contains multiple clear moulded glass bowls with a faceted diamond pattern and a white pineapple-shaped decorative figurine. The electric sandwich press is finished in black and silver with the Tower brand name visible on the top plate. The Dr. Oetker kitchen scale is housed in its original orange and white cardboard packaging, which bears the inscriptions Balkenwaage 500g and Western Germany.
Condition report:
The items are in used condition with visible signs of age and wear throughout. The stainless steel cookware exhibits surface scratching and evidence of previous use. Ceramic plates and glass bowls appear to be free of major cracks or chips but show minor surface wear. The sandwich press has light external scuffing. The original cardboard box for the Dr. Oetker scale shows significant wear, including creasing and tearing at the corners and edges. The electrical functionality of the sandwich press and the mechanical accuracy of the scale have not been tested.
