This lot comprises an assortment of mid-20th-century vintage cameras and associated photographic accessories. The primary item is a Kodak Retinette IA 35mm viewfinder camera, manufactured in Germany. It features a Schneider-Kreuznach Reomar 45mm f/2.8 lens mounted in a Prontor 300 S shutter and is contained within its original stitched brown leather ever-ready case. Alongside is an AkA Arette A 35mm camera, identified by the red aka script logo and green model name. This camera is fitted with an Isco-Goettingen Color-Isconar 45mm f/2.8 lens and includes a corresponding brown leather case. The collection further includes a black Ricoh 35 EFL compact 35mm camera with an integrated flash and a Ricoh Rikenon 38mm f/2.8 lens, complete with a branded Ricoh lens cap. A silver and grey Halina 35mm viewfinder camera is also present. A smaller, vertically oriented camera, likely an Instamatic or sub-miniature model using cartridge film, is housed in a brown leather case. Supplementary equipment includes a Sunpak auto 26SR Thyristor electronic flash unit and a Toshiba branded electronic device. Additional items include various leather carrying straps, auxiliary cases, and a loose metal filter ring.


Condition report:

All items in this collection show signs of age and previous use. Surface dust is visible across most camera bodies and within the optics. There are minor scuffs and marks to the metal and plastic surfaces, and some wear is evident on the leatherette coverings and leather cases. No items have been tested for mechanical or electronic functionality; therefore, the accuracy of shutters, apertures, and electronic components remains unknown. Internal battery compartments have not been inspected for signs of leakage or corrosion. This lot is sold as seen for the purposes of display, spare parts, or professional restoration.
