Lot 778: Two Framed Items Comprising a Pastel Landscape Drawing Signed A.E.F. and a Gran Torino Movie Poster
The lot comprises two framed pieces. The first is a landscape study executed in pastel or coloured chalk on paper, depicting a river or lake scene with slender trees on the bank and a stone arched bridge in the background. The work is signed with the initials A.E.F. in the lower-left corner and is presented in a dark wood-stained frame with a gold-toned inner slip and glass. The second item is a promotional poster for the 2008 film Gran Torino, featuring a black and white image of Clint Eastwood. The title is printed in gold-coloured lettering above a standard credit block. The poster is housed in a modern black clip-frame and carries a provenance label from Liskeard Auction Rooms for Lot 778.
