Lot 389: A Collection of Decorative Figurines and Giftware including The Leonardo Collection
A collection of various decorative figurines and small giftware items, primarily featuring pieces from The Leonardo Collection. The group includes several cast resin (polystone) figures mounted on stained wooden plinths with brass-tone nameplates, specifically ‘Rebecca by Leonardo’ (a rabbit in a pink bonnet and yellow dress), two versions of ‘Rabbit by Leonardo’ (one accompanied by a basket of produce), and ‘Humphrey Dormouse by Leonardo’ (a mouse depicted in a green coat and hat). A further figurine on a wooden base depicts a garden gnome by a pond. The lot also contains various other resin figurines: a large figure of a young girl in a patterned dress with a picnic basket, a pair of flower fairies seated on a leaf-motif base, a black Labrador dog, a white dog emerging from a gift box, and a novelty piece featuring two border collies beside a milestone inscribed ‘LONDON 10 MILES’. Additional items include a garden-themed clock featuring a robin on a tree stump and a small circular ceramic trinket box decorated with pink roses and gilt trim, housed in its original pink presentation box. The items are primarily constructed from painted cast resin, with some ceramic and wooden components.
