An assortment of Chinese porcelain and decorative items, primarily dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. The group includes a large blue and white stoneware provincial storage jar of ovoid form, featuring underglaze blue concentric bands and diagonal hatch-work decoration at the shoulder. Also included is a porcelain figure of a duck decorated in underglaze blue with floral sprays and a blue-glazed beak. A blue and white porcelain baluster vase is decorated with a prunus on cracked ice design, with white blossom motifs reserved against a deep cobalt ground. A crackle-glazed baluster vase and cover, in the Ge style, is decorated with polychrome enamels depicting figures on horseback in a landscape, featuring dark-stained bronzed effect borders at the shoulder and foot. The group further contains a small tripod metalwork incense burner of pagoda form, possibly of silvered base metal, with a qilin or lion-dog finial to the cover, and a small porcelain bowl accompanied by a blue and white porcelain soup spoon with a central foliate motif. Two items bear handwritten labels stating SELLER 1924 SEVERAL CHINESE ITEMS SOME WITH DAMAGE.
