Lot 505: Three Vintage Multiplier Sea Fishing Reels including Penn and Gilfin Models
A collection of three vintage multiplier sea fishing reels. One reel is identified by side plate markings as a Penn No. 155. The remaining two reels are identified by an accompanying handwritten descriptive tag as a Gilfin Model 500B and a Chuyo Model 1400. The reels are constructed from chromed metal frames and spindles with black composite side plates. Two of the reels are spooled with blue monofilament fishing line, while the third is wound with gold-toned line. Each unit features a side-mounted winding handle and a star drag adjustment wheel. The lot includes previous auction labels from Liskeard Auction Rooms (Lot 534) and HCP Auctions South West (Lot 505).
