Lot 605: An Assortment of British Commemorative Coins, Vintage Accessories, and Jewellery including Guerlain Compact
An assortment of miscellaneous collectibles and jewellery components presented in a wooden box. The collection features two 1981 commemorative crowns for the Royal Wedding of H.R.H. The Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer, one of which is housed in a clear plastic presentation case. Also included is a 1977 Silver Jubilee crown. A notable item is a circular gold-toned metal cosmetic compact with a central silver-toned band bearing the name GUERLAIN in capital letters. The lot further contains a vintage wristwatch with a circular dial and a distressed tan leather strap, alongside a hand-beaded textile piece decorated with geometric motifs in blue, white, red, and yellow. A variety of loose stones and jewellery findings are present, including a turquoise-coloured cabochon, a teardrop-shaped blue stone resembling lapis lazuli, a carved pale green stone rose, and several mother-of-pearl items including a buckle and a star-shaped component. The grouping is rounded out by various metal buckles, a star-shaped earring, and other miscellaneous costume jewellery parts. The items are stored in a rectangular wooden box which bears a lot tag for HCP Auctions South West, lot 605.
