Lot 676: A Trio of Mid-Century Modern Stainless Steel and Teak Beverage Wares on Tray
A mid-century modern three-piece stainless steel beverage service, attributed to the International Decorator line, comprising a tall coffee pot, a smaller teapot, and a rectangular twin-handled serving tray. The service features a minimalist aesthetic characteristic of the 1960s and 1970s, constructed from stainless steel with a combination of brushed-satin and high-polish finishes. Each vessel is designed with elongated tapered spouts and ergonomic dark wood handles and lid finials, likely teak or rosewood. The rectangular tray includes matching wooden side handles. While no manufacturer marks or hallmarks are visible on the pieces, the design is highly consistent with the International Decorator Today pattern. The items currently bear auction house lot labels from HCP Auctions.
