This mid-20th-century coffee table, likely of British manufacture from the 1970s, features a rectangular top inset with twenty-eight ceramic tiles in a four by seven grid. The tiles are finished with a vibrant orange-red crackle glaze. Eight specific tiles are decorated with an embossed circular sunburst motif, arranged in a diagonal pattern across the surface. The frame is crafted from a dark-stained hardwood, likely oak, and is supported by four baluster-turned legs joined by a low-set central stretcher. A white adhesive label bearing the number 684 is present on the top right corner of the frame. No manufacturer marks or stamps are visible.
