Lot 815: A Late 20th Century Rattan and Cane Two-Seater Conservatory Settee
A two-seater conservatory settee dating from the late 20th century. The piece features a robust frame constructed from bentwood rattan poles with decorative woven cane lattice-work panels to the sides. It is fitted with four large, removable foam cushions, two for the seat and two for the back, each finished with piped edges. The cushions are upholstered in a heavy-weight fabric featuring a multi-coloured geometric pattern in shades of terracotta, muted blue, sage green, and cream, in a style resembling a kilim rug. A small white rectangular tag is present on the upper right-hand rail of the frame, though the characters are not clearly legible. No other manufacturer’s marks or labels are visible.
