Buyer's Premium:

A mid-twentieth-century set of British-made woodworking tools consisting of an Arcoy electric power plane and its corresponding jointer attachment. The handheld power plane is constructed with a cast aluminium housing finished in a red and white enamel colour scheme. It features a white plastic handle and a matching front adjustment knob. The unit is fitted with a black and silver manufacturer label that reads ARCOY POWER PLANE. The second item is a red cast-metal mounting jig or jointer attachment designed to hold the power plane for stationary workshop use. This attachment includes adjustable silver-tone guide fences and black plastic adjustment knobs. Both components are housed in their original expanded polystyrene inner packaging and surviving portions of the red cardboard outer boxes.
