Lot 898: A Large Antique Wrought Iron Tri-fold Decorative Architectural Panel with Arched Top
A large-scale architectural salvage panel, likely a window grille or door protector, constructed from wrought iron. The panel features an elaborate and dense filigree design characterised by repeating interlocking S-scrolls and C-scrolls held within a rectangular frame. The piece terminates at one end with a rounded, decorative arch. The construction and scrolling aesthetic are typical of Victorian or Edwardian architectural metalwork. Two auction tags are attached: one printed with the number 898 and another handwritten with the number 5677 in green ink.
Length: Exceeds 150 cm.
