Buyer's Premium:

A mid-century Ferguson radiogram, specifically model 3340, constructed with a wooden cabinet finished in a teak-effect veneer. The unit is supported by four square-profile tapered legs. The upper section features a drop-front panel that opens to reveal a tripartite interior. The left side houses a Garrard model 2025 TC four-speed automatic record changer with settings for 16, 33, 45, and 78 RPM records. The central compartment is designed for record storage. The right side contains the radio tuner and control interface, featuring a silver-tone faceplate with an analogue slide-rule dial. The dial includes markers for VHF (FM), Medium Wave, and Long Wave frequencies, with specific BBC and European stations noted. Control knobs are provided for off/on/volume, treble, bass, balance, and tuning. Five push-buttons allow for the selection of tape, gram, VHF, MW, and LW functions. The lower front of the cabinet is fitted with integrated vertical slat speaker grilles. The manufacturer’s name Ferguson is printed on the lower right of the dial face, and the turntable is marked with the Garrard logo and model number 2025 TC.
