Lot 1017: A Collection of Mixed Deer Antlers and a Ram's Horn
A mid-20th-century Art Deco compactum wardrobe of upright rectangular form, constructed with figured walnut veneers over a solid and plywood carcass. The facade features a full-height door to the left, prominently decorated with a large semi-circular book-matched sunburst veneer motif. The right-hand side is configured with two short drawers positioned above a double-door cupboard. The unit is fitted with circular stamped brass pull handles throughout, each featuring an embossed foliate scrollwork pattern. The left compartment typically provides hanging space, while the right side is configured for shelving and drawer storage. A modern white auction label from HCP Auctions South West is adhered to the top corner along with a strip of masking tape. No manufacturer marks or original labels are visible.
