Lot 1076: An Assortment of Synthetic Marine Boat Fenders
A collection of six mixed garden planters of various sizes, styles, and materials, predominantly earthenware and stoneware. The lot includes a large cream-glazed earthenware pot featuring a wide rim and a moulded decorative band of floral scrollwork around the upper body. Also included are a large brown-glazed earthenware planter with a wide flared rim; a medium-sized light grey planter with horizontal ribbing; a large grey weathered planter containing established plants; a dark grey fluted planter; and a small cobalt blue-glazed ceramic pot. The collection exhibits various finishes and decorative techniques, from textured unglazed surfaces to high-gloss glazes. One planter carries a handwritten label noting 6 x Mixed size pots and an HCP Auctions South West tag for Lot 1079. No maker’s marks are visible.
