Lot 1101: A Victorian Stained Wood Side Table with Pitched Backboard and Two Drawers
A modern pine bedside chest of drawers of rustic design, dating from the late 20th or early 21st century. The piece is constructed from pine with a honey-coloured stained and waxed finish, exhibiting prominent natural knots throughout the grain. It features three drawers, each fitted with a pair of turned wooden pull knobs. The drawers are of simple modern construction, with interiors featuring white-faced composite wood sides and hardboard bases. The chest is raised on a plinth base with a shaped front apron. A small white adhesive label marked 1104 is present on the lower front corner, and a cardboard auction tag numbered 5360 is attached to a drawer knob.
