This colour print, an offset lithograph, depicts a scenic view of Padstow Harbour in Cornwall. The panoramic composition shows several fishing boats and small leisure craft moored at the quayside during low tide, with some vessels displaying Padstow PW registration markings. The background features the traditional whitewashed and stone buildings of the harbour front, set against a wooded hillside under a soft, overcast sky. The work is titled Padstow Harbour in the lower centre margin, above the printed text from an original painting by KERRIS. It is hand-signed in pencil to the lower right margin Kerris, which corresponds to a printed signature located in the bottom right corner of the image area. Market consensus identifies Kerris as a pseudonym used by the marine artist Ken Hammond. The print is housed in a light-coloured, stepped wooden frame with a limed finish and is protected by glass.
