This is a military-style fuel container, commonly known as a Jerry can, featuring the characteristic three-handle top design. The item is constructed from pressed metal and finished in olive drab green paint. The handle is embossed with international UN-standard markings for the transport of dangerous goods: 3A1/Y/100/19 / D/BAM 6210-VP. These markings indicate a manufacture date of 2019 and certification by the German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM).

The body features several adhesive labels, including a diamond-shaped Flammable Liquid hazard sticker (Class 3), a small green Petrol Only sticker, and labels identifying it for unleaded petrol use (PCH1968). The word NEAT is handwritten in black marker on one side. The can retains its cam-action locking cap mechanism. It also bears auction identification stickers from HCP Auctions South West including lot number 021.
