Lot 481: a2zrug Paris Collection 1989 Abstract Geometric Area Rug
An assortment of mixed vintage and collectable items including a Jersey Pottery lamp base with a cylindrical ceramic body featuring an abstract geometric motif in blue and brown glazes, accompanied by a fringed fabric shade. The collection includes various advertising bar jugs and tankards, notably a white ceramic Bell’s Scotch Whisky jug with red and black text reading ‘Afore ye go’ and a Westons of Much Marcle ‘Old Rosie’ Scrumpy extra strong cider tankard.
Ceramic wares feature a variety of plates with floral and pictorial decorations, including examples in the Oriental style, a blue and white patterned dish, and a cow-shaped cream jug with yellow and white glazes.
