Lot 526: Panasonic S-VHS-C HiFi Stereo PAL Video Camcorder and Accessories
A collection of various vintage cameras and electronic flash units dating from the mid to late 20th century. The group includes a German-made Voigtländer Vito CL 35mm viewfinder camera equipped with a Lanthar 2.8/50 lens and a top-mounted selenium light meter. An East German Praktica PL nova I 35mm SLR camera is present, fitted with a Meyer-Optik Görlitz Domiplan 2.8/50 lens with an M42 mount. The assortment also features an Olympus AF-1 compact 35mm camera with a Zuiko 35mm 1:2.8 lens and a sliding lens cover. Two French Ultra Fex medium format cameras constructed from black bakelite are included, one of which is housed in a brown leather ever-ready case. A grey plastic Kodak 127 viewfinder camera is also part of the collection. Lighting accessories include a boxed Jessops 280ABZ automatic electronic flash, a Hanimex PRO 550 handle-mount electronic flash, and a Hanimex TZ 34 flash unit. Visible markings include manufacturer and model names on camera bodies and lens specifications as transcribed. The Praktica camera has a white adhesive sticker marked 9621 and the Kodak camera bears an auction lot sticker marked 527.
