A collection of 40 philatelic covers comprising First Day Covers (FDCs) from the Channel Islands and commemorative Royal Air Force (RAF) squadron and flight covers. The Channel Islands selection includes Guernsey issues such as the 1999 200 Years of Sandhurst set with four perforated stamps cancelled with circular first day of issue date stamps, alongside Jersey Birds of Winter and Guernsey Maritime Definitives Part 2 covers. The Royal Air Force component includes 1970s commemorative issues such as the 60th Anniversary of No. 2 (AC) Squadron (1972) and the 25th Anniversary of the RAF Education Branch (1971). These covers feature printed cachets and are cancelled with various British Forces Postal Service (BFPS) and regional circular date stamps. The collection is partially housed in a ring binder album with plastic display sleeves.
