Lot 12: A Collection of Enamel and Rhinestone Animal and Botanical Motif Costume Jewellery Brooches
A collection of costume jewellery brooches featuring various naturalistic and animal designs. The group includes a preserved orchid blossom brooch by the Royal Orchid Collection, Chiang Mai, Thailand, finished in shades of purple, red, and white with a rhinestone-accented silver-tone stem, presented in its original gold-toned textured case. Also featured is a matte gold-tone leaping panther brooch with a satin finish, a gold-tone openwork butterfly brooch set with emerald-green pear-cut and circular glass stones and clear pavé-set rhinestones, and a four-leaf clover brooch set with tonal green rhinestones. Further items include a gold-tone bee brooch set with amber-coloured faceted glass stones, a silver-tone swallow brooch decorated with polychrome enamel in green, blue, yellow, and orange, a silver-tone peacock brooch with multi-coloured rhinestones, a stylized plume brooch set with a large pear-shaped red stone and clear rhinestones, and a textured gold-tone ribbon bow brooch.
