Lot 195: Qualcast Suffolk Punch 35S Petrol Cylinder Lawnmower with Grass Box
A vintage Qualcast Suffolk Punch 35S petrol-driven cylinder lawnmower. The machine is constructed with a cast metal chassis finished in green paint. It features a horizontal multi-blade cutting cylinder and a series of front rollers. Power is provided by a rear-mounted petrol engine with visible fuel lines and spark plug lead. The handle assembly includes a plastic control console with a yellow lever for throttle and stop functions. Included is a matching green plastic grass collection box. The item displays several identifying marks, including Qualcast Suffolk Punch 35S labels on the chassis and grass box, and the Qualcast name molded into the plastic fuel tank cover and handle console.
